Swara Sampada CHS Bungalows at Lonavala, Maharashtra [Established
in 2008]
An important initiative of Swara Sampada has been establishing the Swara Sampada Coop Housing Society
at Tungarli, Lonavla, which is a complex of 12 Twin Bungalows of Swara Sampada members and their extended family. This is
a self-financing not for profit venture. It will have all amenities like a Club house, swimming pool and a music hall.
Land for this scheme was bought in 2008 and work after all approvals and sanctioned plans has started
in May 2010.
This is a project visualised by the founder president Dr Ajai R. Singh who is ably supported by
Secretary Adv Sanjay Manek and Treasurer Mr Pradip Savla. They are supported with important inputs by Mr Sunil Shivnani [and
earlier Mr Ashok Doshi]. The architects are Mr Sunil Yadav and Mr Deepak Honkan while the contractors are Jinesh Doshi and
Associates.
The Project involves multiple site visits which the office bearers and members undertake enthusiastically.
Work on the scheme is in full swing and is likely to be completed by December 2011.
